The restaurant was very clean for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. It was in a contemporary building with relaxing view of the Malvern hills. The pool was very clean and I had relaxing drinks in the sports bar.

The location was quiet and glorious, in the cafe at the golf club, with a relaxing view.

The hotel was pleasant and fabulous, I enjoyed its polite staff. The sports bar was good. I had incredible experience and would have extended the stay.

All of the staff was extremely helpful and experienced. We were offered high quality and above average breakfast options with nutella and the toast, for instance.

Recently refurbished hotel for christmas with extremely helpful staff from the friendly polite receptionist to the restaurant manager. Very well decorated and reasonably well appointed rooms, glorious central location. Appetising food in the a la carte restaurant.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean with pleasant views over the malvern hills. We ate in the good restaurant at the second breakfast which was good priced. The location of the property was magnificent, the stuff where courteous people from check in to waiters.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Had a nice big bedroom with a luxury functional bathroom, and really enjoyed a very clean pool.

A separate lounge, so many space, and high-speed internet available in the standard double room. Nice big bedrooms, extremely helpful employees from the friendly polite receptionist to the restaurant manager. Central location in the local supermarket, above average breakfast. And very close to one establishment-brilliant on one hand, the restaurant due to several large groups, and taxi.

The location was remote, magnificent on outskirts of Worcester. The staff were all courteous and provided friendly service.
